If no instructions are provided, our driver will leave the gift in a secure and discreet location near the front door. If there’s nowhere safe or sheltered to leave it—or if the weather isn’t suitable—we’ll contact you for further directions. If we’re unable to reach you, the gift will be returned to the store.
